Lined Tote Bag - PDF Sewing Pattern

This lined tote bag pattern is perfect for beginners and an ideal first project. The bag is fully lined so you can enjoy choosing a complementary lining fabric to go with your main fabric. The pattern requires 1m of main fabric and 0.5m of lining fabric.

Download this PDF pattern, print at home and start sewing right away. To help you along the pattern comes with illustrations and written instructions for each step. There’s also a YouTube tutorial to walk you through each step. The PDF download includes two files – the A4 pattern template and A4 instructions. 

The finished dimensions of the bag are approximately 37cm by 41cm. All Sew Bonnie sewing patterns include a seam allowance of 1cm, unless otherwise noted.

FABRIC REQUIRED:

• 1m main fabric
• 0.5m lining fabric

For this bag pattern it’s best to use medium to heavy weight woven fabrics like cotton poplin, linen, denim, canvas or corduroy for the main fabric and perhaps a lighter weight woven fabric for the lining.
